WIFI network

Alright, this might be pretty simple and I hope so, we have the worst internet provider in my country ("free" in France) and use the stock router, whenever I am at work ( when my PC is off) the Internet for my relatives is fine, stream series no problem but whenever my computer is on and does the slightest bit of internet use (Reddit, YouTube, Online games) they can't even load a web page, they don't use computers they use Android tablets but they get pretty annoyed when I'm around and I'm sick of their complaining, we have 7 wifi capable and constantly connected devices (including my PC and phone which are not connected when I'm gone) and they have "tried it all" without spending any money or doing any research. So here I am begging for the community to help a fellow man out as I have no idea what to do, thanks and peace out.

A couple of questions

1.What is the make and model number on your router this is usually found on the under side.

2. Are you using DSL,cable,dialup.

3.Do you have antivirus on your computer or android phone.

4. what time of day are you home like 5 pm- 7am

or 1pm-7pm this way i know if you are home during peak internet times.

I use dsl (i think I highly doubt it's dial up and I live in the mountains so no cable) I do not have an anti virus on my PC but I do believe that my relatives do on one of the tablets and I got do use the internet during peek times but it doesn't change their performance when I'm gone (I leave for at least a week at a time) now for my router it's a ralink RT2880 we are supposed to get 2224kb/s when I download anything I don't go over 270kb/s. Protocol ADSL2+ on canal or channel 3 if that helps at all

Buy a anti virus like malwarebytes try that becuse you could have a botnet virus and then see what your download speed is. Also let me know if it works or if it does not so i can help you more.
