I have an odd Bluetooth connection problem

I have Turtle Beach PX5's and a Rocketfish Bluetooth Adapter. I'm currently running Windows 7.

 

Problem: I have been using this headset with this adapter since June and they worked flawlessly until about 2 weeks ago. The headset can be added to devices but will rarely pair once added. Every time I add the headset it appears in Bluetooth devices just fine. Then I right click for Control. This should bring up a Connect app for the device. It crashes almost instantly. There is just enough time to click on Connect before it crashes and sometimes on a rare occasion it will work. I've tried removing the headset, uninstalling the Bluetooth drivers, Stopping and Restarting Services, and I've checked the Allow Bluetooth Devices in the settings of the Bluetooth Device. Anybody have this problem before. I have a feeling there is a problem with Windows/Drivers since the adapter and headset seem to be working fine.
