Color calibration

Recently I've fixed up my father's broken Google Nexus 5 to replace my unstable dieing Samsung  galaxy S4, one huge disappointing factor now is the display. As sharp as it is, it's not on par with my Galaxy in terms of vibrancy and color accuracy. Does anyone know a good way to calibrate or fine tune display colors on Android?
