Can I run my pc without gpu

Ok guys as I put together parts for my new pc I realized that the most expensive thing on on the pc market is the gpu. can I run my pc without a gpu and wait until I can afford it ?

yes. assuming it's a regular modern intel cpu (pentium/i3/i5/i7 from >2011)

Yes but I hope you aren't looking for performance because that will not help you very much.

If your motherboard and CPU have integrated graphics then yes. Basically all CPUs and motherboards do now. Don't expect great gaming performance, but it will drive a monitor.
