Make sure you don't cheap out the PSU, since you got that much budget.

 

I like The Ryzen X series, but why pay more for less? Because you'll have to afford a cooler, but it's fine if you want it. I still suggest you to spend $60+ for GPU

 

Other than that It's better than mine. I like 460X a bit hahaha

"Make it future proof for some years at least, don't buy "only slightly better" stuff that gets outdated 1 year, that's throwing money away" @pipoawas

 

-Frequencies DON'T represent everything and in many cases that is true (referring to Individual CPU Clocks).
