Since you have an asus board try setting these under dram timing control in the bios:

MRC Fast Boost -> [Enabled]
MCH Full Check -> [Disabled]

What's that?

Were it says ram speed it will probably say auto atm. Just change it to 3000. Also there will be some option to change the timings and the first 4 will be say 18-19-19-38 (it will say these on the sticker on the ram)  and you can type those in next to the first of those in the bios.

I can't set anything in dram timing control page dude

Do you need to change some setting to be able to change them? Are they just greyed out? It is hard to know what you are working with when I cant see the bios. :(

What's that?

It disables some weird checking that asus boards do at post which can cause the board to not post. I couldn't get my ram at the xmp rating until I made those changes.

Ok i managed to change it from auto so, the first 4 in dram timing control page is Dram CAS# latency second one is DRAM RAS # to CAS# Delay third one is DRAM RAS# ACT TIME and fourth one is DRAM COMMAND rate and this one i can only change it from auto to 1n or 2n or 3n or N:1 and my rams settins are ddr 3000 and timing is 15-15-15-35 CAS  latency 15 voltage 1.35v where should i put these settings?

OK well the first 3 should be in the correct order. For the dram command rate you want 1n. Then maybe the one below that will be 35. The dram voltage needs to be put in under the dram voltage bit which will probably be near the cpu voltage in the bios normal below it.
