Freezes/weird Temp Spikes (imo)

Hello everyone

I`am sry for another post but i`am slowly but surely going crazy....
My PC was running fine (at least i thought) but then after i closed Tera (MMORPG) my pc froze for like 2-3sek over and over again i coulldnt rly use the pc anymore bc he constantly freezed for like 2-3 second.  
I checked event log or whatever its called and i have only errors hscreenshot on the bottom.
And when i look at my CPU temps they spike from 36-50,55 back to 37 etc. is that normal???
And how can i have 3 Devices (C,D,E) when i have only installed 1 ssd and a CD Drive?
I got the feeling something went horribly wrong with my Build/OS :(
