Go to the link flex.amazon.com.

Go ahead, i'll wait.

Now go to the same link, but add two slashes to the end of it.

flex.amazon.com//

It asks for my login info.

I log in and its a blank page...

Does this happen for anyone else?

OFF TOPIC: I suggest every poll from now on to have "**CK EA" option instead of "Other"

it probably grabs a redirect from the url so you're send back to the page you were trying to see before it catching you're not logged in.

But it's a blank page

And why did it ask for my login info?

i assume Amazon use a REST application like these forums the url is /forum/post adding // is asking for a page that doesn't exist but any page after the first / requires a login.

I really have no idea how the site is working on the back end these are just guessing.

When using mobile authentication for website address' you can have it so that the link that appears in the top looks different to that is already there. This is usually to stop people from being able to look at the code that allows them to login generally hiding certain information or variables that the coder(s) don't want you to see, I learnt about this recently while creating a HTML submit able form with PHP.

Although it could also just be like a bit.ly shortened link type style to make it easier for someone to type in.
