There is "bios flashback button" and "ROG connect buttons"?

WHat is ROG connect button. i know that i use the bios button to start the update but what is a ROG button for?

ALSO Scroll DOWN to the bottom of the website.

It writes" after you are done with the updating do not unplug the USB, instead turn of the system or Use CLR_cmos button..

WHat is a CLR_CMOS button and what do it do?

also how to i turn of my system becuze i dont know how to do it with a motherboard with no components,no screen and anything. SO how to turn it on?

also, before i start updating do i need to press the start button on the mobo or just plug the USB in?

Also tell me some advices what i shoud do while updating?

The ROG connect button is found on some ROG motherboards that allow another computer to control it's BIOS.

The CLR_CMOS button resets the CMOS. It clears all BIOS settings.

To update the BIOS, just plug the 24 pin from your PSU to your motherboard, plug in the USB drive, and click the BIOS flashback button.

Also ROG button is nothing to really care about same with the CLR_CMOS button?

SO i press the Flashback button for 3 secs? then it start blinking and when its done i turn of the mobo?

How do i turn it of?

well I have bios flashback on my motherboards, so I'll right down what it says:

1. Download the CAP file bla blah blah, rename it do your mobo blah blah blah

2. connect your USB drive to the right port (normally the white one)

3. press the USB flashback button for THREE SECONDS until the FLBK_LED flashes (Flash back LED) The LED goes out once its done.

SIMPLE!  The only difference is I have a P9X79LE motherboard which has the button on the motherboard itself...  (friken cheap skates :( )
