GTX 1070 rattling sound

Yoola

It's kind of rattling noise and sounds like a fan scratching something with one of it's blades. The issue isn't constantly there, it comes and goes and it appeared just after latest Nvidia Driver 382.05. Can a driver cause something like this?

I realised it's middle fan on iChill X4 GTX 1070. When I first opened the case only middle fan (out of 3) was spinning, and making that sound, while other 2 we're trying to spin up but unsuccessfuly. Those 2 fans we're trying to move but they ended up looking like they have hikups. I stopped middle fan and noise disappeared but card started getting noisy and temperature indicator on the GPU instantly rised. I tried to set custom fan curve with MSI Afterburner but same thing keeps coming back. How should I proceed with this?

Sounds like an issue with the card. Maybe sent it back to get it repaired?

Probably not enough to return a card but that's an alternative if everything other fails.

For now, I've set fans not to spin up until 60°C. Idk what else should I try.
