Hello,

This is my first time posting here and I hope I'm posting in the right sub-forum.

So, two weeks ago Chrome started to not load webpages every 10-20 minutes, and then returning to load in like 5 minutes or so. The command "ping facebook.com -t" shows: "Packets sent: 2502, Received: 2500, Loss: 2 (0%)" or something similar. Tried "ipconfig /flushdns", deleting Chrome cache and data, still not working. First happened while connected to WiFi and now happens with an Ethernet cable aswell. Malwarebytes and Avast found nothing from my computer. I'm using an older Dell laptop with 1.9GHz Processor, 4GB of RAM. My HHD is kinda slow, could that be the case (Don't think so)?

Including two pictures of this happening:

Any advice will be gratefully appreciated!! Need quick help solving this problem!

Regards,

Kerdo K.

Hi fellow Estonian!

Try running a traceroute to twitch.tv, as that appeared to be problematic there. Does it happen on any website or only certain ones?

One of the Estonian ISPs (Telia) recently appeared to have some issues with some larger websites, but I'd guess these are solved by now. Which ISP do you have? Do you have fiber, the old copper lines or 4G?

It happens to every website I try ti access while the problem is occurring. And using fiber up 50/ down 50MB/s internet installed a year ago.

*EDIT* On the first picture you can see Facebook disconnected from chat and Chrome network diagnostic.

What router do you use? Telia's own Inteno or something else?

I'm using my ISP's provided MicroTik router/modem. It acts like a switch giving 3 additional ports and it hosts ny wifi.

I'd try using a different router, if you can get hold of one, at least temporarily.
