$3000 AUD mini ITX 2017 (or 2018) PC

Thinking of building a PC with top of the line hardware so that I can use it for things like software development, video recording/editing, and 4K 60/120hz capability. It has to be a portable machine as well and very small. I may not purchase it now, as I might wait for Vega video cards or even next year for RyZen 2 and Navi/Volta, but I was wondering what your thoughts were on this rough list of parts.

I've set myself a $3000 AUD (Australian dollars) limit, but if you can make an equivalent parts list in euro then that'd be great (if Euro prices are cheaper).

What are your thoughts on this first iteration, and is there anything I should consider changing?

Thanks in advance.

Obviously motherboard not included as mini ITX motherboards don't currently exist, but assume that the cost of the sleeved PSU cables represents the motherboard cost.

Only question is why Firecuda drives? They're kind a waste of monay.

I don't think the stock CPU cooler would provide adequate temps

Not SSHDs. Just normal Barracuda drives that cost $100 less.

Alternatively do you think I should use external 3.5" drives? Slight problem is they'd be external

Up to you if you'd fine with them being outside. Naturally they'd be faster and possibly cheaper but also might gather dust and potentially be louder and just bothersome.

I think it's really a choice you'd have to make, since idk what you are more sensitive to and whatnot :P

Do you know, about external drives, whether there's a noticeable speed difference between SATA and USB 3.0?

By the way I found a 2.5" 7200RPM internal drive by Seagate, but it's $570 AUD. Definitely doesn't seem to be worth it

I think I'll end up going with 1 or 2 4TB external drives. That'd cost only $200 AUD (for 2) :P

Is there anything else in the part list you'd change? Or does it seem to be the cheapest, and best I can get for the $$?

Quite honestly there really isn't. Only thing I MIGHT consider is just not getting an aftermarket cooler and keeping the stock, since I think the stock will actually run cooler and the case has room for it, but other than that there really isn't anything.
