It would be pretty close as the system will be around 275W and with peripherals and networking equipment. Do you have bad power or large flucations which you require an AVR?

I live on a main road so sometimes the power lines get hit. Sometimes the electricity trips. Will it hinder it though?

It will bypass the AVR if it's not capable of sustaining the load, if you get power outages from that though you would be better off getting a UPS to allow you to save and shut down your system.
