WDMYCLOUD Web gui keeps not responding

Hi, I'm having issue with my WDMYCLOUD gen 2 (returned from rma) stop responding after I left it to do its own backup by itself. The max I can go before the Web gui stops responding is the login screen. I've tried using wd quick view to shut down the my cloud and then turn it back on but it happens again, it's going to cost me if I were to rma this nas.
