I would choose different ram. This one is blue... kinda sucks that you would be stuck with blue. There is nothing wrong with 1080p /180hz. I don't get why people are complaining. I personally would choose higher refresh rate over higher resolution. Get a 1080 if you can afford it.

cheaper  so should i go with gtx1070?

if you want to go cheaper get the 1070, it will be enough power. You can also get a cheaper monitor, I doubt you will be able to distinguish 144hz and 180hz if you are not a professional.

I second that. 144Hz is enough, but if you can fit GTX 1080 in your build...I would still do it.

i dont want to go with air cool xD

but ryzen will be ok but if i choose ryzen i will have to take air cool

if you go with ryzen stay at 3200mhz ram (or at least >2800), if you go with intel you can also get slower RAM (e.g. 2400mhz). On intel the difference in gaming is not that big compared to amd.

Using air/watercooler is independent from AMD/Intel. Both work with watercooling better than with air, but air would be fine for both.
