Hello.

For my new build I decided to pay attention to how silent the components are. I want to have a silent system when I'm working on a paper or coding. That's why I want to have a semi-passive card. I'm fine with it being louder during load but it shouldn't sound like a jet engine. xD My case will be the Define S. I hope that the airflow privided by the case fans will be enough to keep the GPU fans off.

I just want to get some feedback on cheaper semi-passive aftermarket coolers (RX 470/480/GTX 1060). I know that the ASUS ROG Strix or MSI Gaming X card would be quiet but I'm searching for something a bit cheaper.

It would be awesome if you can share your experience with you card.

almost all aftermarket cards from good brands like MSI, Asus, Evga, Sapphire will have 0 db mode that sets fans off below 60 Degree Celsius in their flagship or below such as MSI GAMING Cards.

and please do not buy 470/480/1060 cards the RX 5 Series just released and they will be cheaper with similar better performances and temps.

I know that the RX 500 Series was relieased. I don't care about the difference compared to the RX 400 Series, I will get the cheaper one. But the prices atm are a bit weird where I live.
