don't get a used 750 ti, get a used gtx 470 (if you can get a 500w psu); better performance, but of course its older and takes more power. though nvidia is still updating drivers for them.

 

i'd say a used i5-4xxx

you should buy ram new for ease of compatibility, but only get 4gb sticks. everything else is costly right now due to drying supply.
