first you need to turn them with a screwdriver, but sometimes they get stuck so maybe you'll need to remove the mobo to get it off safely, you'll just need to push those 4 pins trough the holes

Yup. If they have screws, just take 'em put and pull it off. If it's those pegs, take a good look at them and see how they come off. As long as you don't pull it to hard, you should be fine.

If it's the same kind of plugs you find on a stock cooler, yes.

you will need to turn the push pins to the direction of the arrows before you remove the cooler.
