Laptop won't boot

OnionRings

My sister was complaining about her laptop not being fast, I told her it was just because it had a slow HDD but she said it was worse then ever. My dildo brother in law did something in the bios idk what he did, but now it won't boot at all, it stays at the windows load screen forever, or when trying the automatic repair, it just sits at a black screen. I'm thinking faulty HDD, but idk.

Trying but mashing delete doesn't seem to be working, it just keeps getting stuck at the spinny circle.

Alright I'm just gonna put windows 10 on my USB and try to fresh install it, if it doesn't work I'm gonna chop it down to being a HDD problem.
