Looking for a cheap-ish internal fan hub please? i have the NZXT s340 with one of their stock 120mm fans, 2 BeQuiet pure wings 2 and the Cooler Master fan on the Hyper 212 which i would like to control so that they are silent as any software i use doesnt work (Gigabyte App Centre, Speed fan doesnt even detect them and the bios changing doesnt work). So i am looking for an internal way to control my fans. (im in the UK BTW)

Thanks in advance!

(p.s i really like silent computing, if this doesnt work im looking into leaving my pc in the wardrobe accross the room from me when i move house in 2 weeks)

What motherboard are you using?

Swiftech 8W-PWM-SPL-ST 8 Way PWM Splitter-Sata  is what im using .. no problems almost 2 years

Running the 3pin fans through this powered pwm splitter would result in 100% rpm.

My motherboard is the Gigabyte z170 gaming k3, the included software is absolutely awful

Yeah, I'm not a fan of their fan software either but you should be able to leave it alone once it's setup. Are you using their System Information Viewer (SIV)?

the only setup i can get it to is that it just stops my fans altogether which isnt really what i aimed for to be honest, yeah the SIV and their software to "control" my fans

What setup are you referring to? What settings did you try?
