Asus Suite 3 not installing?

I have the Asus b350 prime plus or whatever, here: https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/PRIME-B350-PLUS/

When I download the zip file for asus suite 3 from the support page it has my extract the file, which i do, but when i click either the setup, or asus_setup apps it does nothing, still happens when run as admin.

Ideas?

When you download the ZIP file right click properties, and under general hit unblock and apply. After try unzipping the file and installing that seems to be a common issue if you cannot start the installation.

Yeah it's been fixed in some iterations but not others oddly, think someone forgot to make the changes.
