Haven't received tracking info for my Gear VR. Do I need to be concerned?

It's been over a week since my Gear VR order submission was accepted and listed as "gift sent" on the status check, but I have not received an email with tracking information. I noticed that some other people on Reddit also didn't get their tracking info right away, but most of them eventually got their emails about 1 or 2 days later. Like I said earlier, a week has gone by and I haven't gotten my email. Do I need to call Samsung or be worried about this at all? If so, can anyone with similar experiences give me any advice such as what to expect from them?
