Hi all,

I am trying to set a static IP on my Windows 7 system. I click on adapter settings, then click on IPv4 and select properties. I then input my IP, including subnet mask, and click "ok". However, it does nothing. It won't let me click ok, basically I click ok but nothing happens. Anyone ever have this happen or know how to fix it?

Thanks for reading

You shouldn't need to in order to apply the settings. I do this constantly so that my machine doesn't pull internet from the wrong adapter.
