DDR4 RAM?

So...my CPU uses DDR4 RAM at 1600Mhz or 1866Mhz according to ark.intel.com ...but yeah...there's no 1600Mhz or 1866Mhz DDR4 RAM, my question is that is there any problem if I insert DDR4 2133Mhz RAM?

What CPU? The base speed for DDR4 RAM is 2133.

DDR3 is the only RAM that runs at such low speeds. (DDR2 overclocked i guess, but whatever)

Yeah i also though that, but now i don't know  bios Shows 1866Mhz, Windows shows ddr4 2133Mhz...it's a mess

well, in that case I guess that putting in DDR4-2133 would just.. slow it down IDK?

You can buy 2133 and it will clock down to the max supported for the cpu/motherboard.

Could be...the Motherboard supports from 2133Mhz to 3333Mhz, the CPU supports only from 1600Mhz to 1866Mhz, I guess the best is to install 2133Mhz and hope it works haha, Thanks!

It should, xeon's typically support ECC memory, just make sure you check your QVL for that motherboard before buying memory. Sometimes it matters what kind of memory you use, I would check it before making any purchases.
