alright guys im looking for a new keyboard to upgrade from my blackwidow ultimate 2014. It MUST meet the requirements below im trying to not settle.

Cherry MX blue switches (or any clicky switch)

high quality rgb lighting (with the ability to customize it with effects and such)

raised switches (like on the k70)

num pad

ideally a minimalist design, dont care about macros or media buttons. If it looks like madcatz designed it, its not for me.

Appreciate the help guys!!!

I'd also say Ducky Shine 5 or 6. I own a Ducky Shine 6 Snow White Edition (Silver switch) myself now and love it. Note the 6 has a floating key cap design. I quite like it, but it's personal preference.

The build quality is crazy good of it.

What do you mean by raised keys? The key profile as it goes from bottom to top row? If so, the keys are raised with a curve...or did you mean the key profile of each key? They have a curve to them (lower in the center, higher on the sides).

The blue version is here:https://mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/index.php?l=product_detail&p=2345

Or if you want the original Shine 6 navy color: https://mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/index.php?l=product_detail&p=2130

no like the floating keycaps, like there is a space between the bottom of the keycap and the face of the keyboard

Yeah, the Shine 6 has ABS double shot floating keycaps. The lights on this are super bright because of the floating design (A lot of light shines through..I can actually use my keyboard to light my room at night...)

There are also two space bars, one that is floating, the other is full but has the Zodiac of the year (Rooster). I have the floating one and it's pretty easy to change.

Ducky makes like five versions of the Shine 6 Snow white edition, Reds, Blues, Silvers (sped), Browns, and Blacks.

Oh wow, it just sold out when you replied...that sucks...

It was in stock when I posted the link. Ouch, that sucks. I wonder when they'll get stock at in.

Maybe e-mail support and ask when they plan to bring in more stock (Though it might not be soon...). Their support is pretty nice.

Those aren't. Only the Shine 6 Special Edition or Snow White Edition has the floating keys.

Oh right, I forgot they sold the floating keycaps. Yeah, you can swap them out. The floating keycaps are the same stem / layout.

But that make the keyboard really expensive though? Keys and all.

Yeah, as long as it's a standard cherry layout, the floating keycaps will fit.

It still sucks the Shines sold out for you though.
