Overclocking my CPU

Hey, I was planning for my first ever PC build and wanted an overclockable CPU, I know I need it to be a 'k' (for intel) but will there be other things I'll need along with a good cooler?

To OC you should always have good cooling so leave your pc out side if its winner to get better OC

if you go with amd ryzen, you can get any cpu as long as you get a x370 or b350 motherboard. If you are concerned about budget, I'd recommend ryzen.

Well it depends on what he needs and what his budget is. If he's doing content creation, yeah go Ryzen. If he's building a gaming rig, go Intel.
