The Corsair Vengeance 500W can be had for the around the same price and it's a better unit in practically every way.

 

It'd be helpful to know what your friend is planning to use this computer for...

well, that psu will limit all the system to oc... Instead, I changed some parts and with this, he/she would be able to oc

I'd get rid of the cooler... while it's nice, I'd use the extra money for a R7 1700 and just use the stock cooler instead (which isn't half bad). The extra cores would be worth it.
