well, that psu will limit all the system to oc... Instead, I changed some parts and with this, he/she would be able to oc

i picked it for the looks because he wants it to look nice and he does want to overclock

I'd get rid of the cooler... while it's nice, I'd use the extra money for a R7 1700 and just use the stock cooler instead (which isn't half bad). The extra cores would be worth it.
