What would be a safe and stable overclock for Ryzen 5 1600 on stock volatges with a Corsair H45 (120mm Rad).

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2400 (haven't bought yet could buy faster if it gives significant performance boost)

I'm stable at 3.7GHz with a stock cooler and stock voltges, maybe you could get a bit higher
