I have a crucial MX300 1050GB ssd and i checked its temperature and its operating at 52C

Its located behind a GTX1080 in my Mobo's M.2 slot

That's fine, the drive can operate up to about 70C before it starts throttling. If you're worried you can put a fan to it but it won't really benefit from it and you just add more noise.
