Computer coil whining

Basically i just build my first time gaming computer, but then for some reason i have this whining sound... but yeah can someone tell me what the problem?

specs: 750w power supply

Radeon 7850 gpu

intel i5 3570k Cpu

Take the GPU out, if it is still there it's possible the Power Supply, but it could also be the Motherboard, so you may want to try and power on the PSU not connected to anything and see if it whines.
