So my computer will connect to my,network and everything will be fine for about 5 minutes then it stays connected but it's just not getting any download speed or upload speed everything else in the network works

I can't load webpages steam won't connect discord won't connect spotify says I have no internet but my computer shows me as on the network

Try these steps and reply with the results:

1. Ping your gateway
2. Ping google.com
3. Ping 8.8.8.8
4. Traceroute to google.com
5. Traceroute to 8.8.8.8

This will help me determine where your problem is.

I couldn't ping,my default gateway

 

I couldn't ping googl.com 

I got all 100% pinging 8.8.8.8

I don't know how to traveroute

This is your internal not external IP.

 

Sounds like a network card is going bad. Reinstall your drivers and try over Ethernet.

It only shows your local IP addresses. There's nothing we can do with those.

In the ipconfig results, is a default gateway set? Try pinging the same address from another device and see the results. Try connecting directly to the router with a cable if you can. If it works over hardwire, it's likely an issue with the WiFi's configuration.

So far restating the router seemed to work although I did that yesterday the problem persisted
