Upgrade

Hi

My CPU and/or mobo have recently started failing me and I figured it was time for an upgrade. I can't sell the parts because they're at the point of breakage. My budget is 2500 sek (around 250-270 USD) I need a computer quite fast because I do all my work on it (digital design) but I also game frequently. I'm Thinking of the fx 8320,8300 or an LGA 1150 core i3 as I don't want to buy new ram. I have 16gb. I also have a gtx 1060 6gig.

Are you opposed to used parts? You may have some luck getting parts off reddit's /r/HardwareSwap. I have see some IMPRESSIVE budget builds using parts from there.

No, I use it for work and I wouldn't want it to possibly fail in the near future.

Don't go for RX CPUs, please.

If you mind getting used parts, you can't reuse your RAM.

So I found out that my cpu is the problem. So I thought I'd ask if the 3rd Gen core i7 CPUs like the 3930k would work with my c602 chipset board

Yea they should, check bios first though to be sure

a well i found an fx 8350 for 70$ so thats gonna be my cpu for now
