I have see the 1 cpu 2 gamer video and I would like to know if this config can run 2 virtual computer.

it should be good but if your running 2 gta5 's the cpu might bottleneck but that's not likely

wait rx 480 with i7 6700k? you gotta be kidding me you shoud put better gpu's like gtx 1070 or gtx 1080.

You need a second gpu. Also, I would use an 8 core Xeon instead, since the core count will be split. Check whatever version of eBay you have in France, or actually use eBay if you have it.

Do a v3. It is cheaper, and supports ddr4
