Rx 480 price

The rx480 Dual OC 4gb is what I've chose for my build, but the price has been fluctuating a ton. A few weeks ago, it was $180, now it is $255. I thought the release of the rx500 series would have made the price go down!!

Can someone give me an idea of what I should do?

if the prices for the 580/480 don't go down?

I've been watching prices for the 480 8gb (which I'm wanting to get for my build).  There were a few cards hovering around $210-230 US a week or two ago and there still are a few, but I'm guessing this is as low as they're gonna get for now until they exhaust their 400 series stock as the 500's replace them.  I'm still on the fence if I should wait for a similar RX 580 8gb to get to this price range or try to grab a 480 if one with decent reviews goes on sale.

There's a few reviews with complaints of crashing but sounds like mostly a BIOS update issue?  Not sure as I don't have a ton of experience.
