Good 2-d program for construction on iPad?

Hey guys I need an app that allows me to draw dimensions and document them in a 2-d format for an iPad and apple penciled combo. It just needs to be simple and basic allowing a ruler, straight lines, measurement, etc. ( the basics most drawing apps have) it needs to be easily exportable so sent out easily through email as jpeg. This is for writing down measurements for granet. Thanks for any help!
