What power supply exactly?

You should be fine, though i would recommend considering a PSU upgrade in the near future as the green label CX units have had some issues in terms of reliability.

Green CX aren't that bad. If OP were to upgrade hardware to something higher end, then sure, but for an 860k+270 it would be ridiculous to replace a CX Green.
