You can upgrade to a sata SSD, the motherboard doesn't have any m.2 slots on it from the looks of it.

I have a hp envy 15 ah100na, amd 10 8700p, amd r6 graphics. for the most part it is pretty good but the 1tb storage is incredibly slow, can i upgrade it and put an ssd in or an m.2 slot would be fantastic, please let me know it would be so helpful.
