A "do it all PC" need some advice

So for a while now i have been saving up for a pc. I have a pretty sturdy parts list and I would like your guys's opinions on it. I live in the US and my original budget was $2500, my build is around $2200 so far which I do enjoy having some breathing room. Im wanting to be able to develop my own games with this rig which I know requires some decent hardware. At the same time I want this to replace my need for a consol, so i built it to be able to handle video games also. Even so after that I really enjoy streaming off my consol so i would like to continue doing that,  but on my PC. I dont have many veiwers ATM but I enjoy it so much. I dont need a mouse or a keyboard, however I do need a monitor. I dont want a 4K monitor, i was thinking more of a 1440p but I cant find the right one for a good price. I wanted to put my spending limit on a monitor at $500 if possible but i would really prefer $400. Ive looked for hours at monitors and I dont think i understand what monitors are good while streaming. I was looking on amazon mostly since i have a $100 gift card wasting away.  Heres my current parts list,  right now im just waiting till im %100 certain before pulling the trigger:

https://pcpartpicker.com/user/PhantomCards/saved/bxwf7P

Thank you guys in advance and I will reply asap.

P.S im not really 100% certain on the case I picked but it seemed really nice as I didn't think it necessary to spend more than $100 on a case. Although I discovered the Deepcool Genome II today and it seemed....promising?

Edit: super awesome guys, I didn't expect people to be so fast. I did forget to mention that i would like 2 or 3 monitors (not all now). A kep pattern im seeing so far is I definitely should go with the 1700X. also It seems like I need to check out a couple other Mobo's and see which will be the best for its price. I definitely can lower my PSU to 650W with confidence now. I think depending on how my price fluctuates will depend on my monitor choice.

Cheaper mobo?

Higher capacity SSD

You don't need an 850W PSU for a single 1080Ti, unless you're set on going SLI

Is it worth it at all to OC the 1800x? Ive heard about using the 1700x instead just i havent found benchmarks for an OC 1800x yet.

Im super paranoid about a cheaper mobo, i knownit may seem weird but in my mind if im going to have all this nice stuff I want it going in something ive seen work but if you know a good one let me know.

SSD upgrade will happen

Do you think a 650 PSU will be fine?

I assume the Pro version of the SSD writes faster than the stanard?

Ill check into the HD, to be honest I just know WD is popular due to the price and use.

im getting my PSU from  best buy so I am a little limited but not much, ill see if they have a Seasonic but I do trust corsair.

only reason I went with the Asus Strix is because....I love Asus xD and i like my Mobo matching my GPU.

I think im definitely getting a 1700x, I just want to look at benchmarks of an OC 1800X first.

if you're not doing SLI 650w is fine, if you are a 750w psu will be better.

like everyone and there mother has told me, go with the 1700X XD.

Ill research the Motherboard and see how it works as for some reason Motherboards make me paranoid a bit.

I like how you fit a monitor into that! im going to have to adjust where I buy things from so that I can properly make changes.

Ive seen good things about the Noctua, but would you say water cooling is worth the extra price? i rather help my CPU more and extend its life, especially if im going to OC it.

Its worth overclocking whatever Ryzen CPU you get, because why not

Kyle (Bitwit on Youtube) tried overclocking on an X370 and B350 motherboard and got the same results.

Yes he used an R5 but its got the same TDP as the R7's. Not that I'm suggesting B350 but I don't think a $255 mobo is necessary.

From what I can tell Ryzen is hitting its own OC limit even before the mobo comes into play.

Yes 650W is fine if you only use one graphics card.

what Mobo would you suggest?

TBH a "2" wont bother me. I worked 8 months of overtime and reduced my credit debt from $2000 to $500. So i save up and got some great options for parts. its a "treat yo self" moment kinda xD

if you don't care about ultrawide or it's too expensive you can get these instead:

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/7HFXsY/acer-predator-xb241yu-238-2560x1440-165hz-monitor-xb241yu-bmiprz

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/scM323/aoc-ag271qg-270-165hz-monitor-ag271qg

Although that monitor is beautiful, I would like to have a multi monitor set up (2 or 3) so I think it is a bit much. I forgot to mention that...so sorry. The acer predator....that looks super familiar for some reason.

so.. quick run trough what i've put together here:

- 1700x, even without the whole OCing thing, the price difference is so many much NOT worth the 200MHz out the box xD

- i'm an air cooler person, do what you wish with the cooler as long as you make sure to buy one *with* an AM4 bracket.

- as before stated, appareantly the IO on most AM4 mobo's is terrible, kept this one as is because despite the insane price tag it at least has plenty of USB ports...

- kept the ram, i'm happy with what i'm seeing.

- swapped out the SSD for a sandisk ultra II, because it's cheap and mine has lasted me well past the 2 year mark already with zero complaints.

- swapped out the hard drive for a 3TB toshiba, once again personal preference, do with this one as you will.

- kept the GPU, may suggest dropping that to a GTX1080, but if you want a 1080Ti, keep it that way :P

- fractal design R5 is once again a preference thing, i like recommending it to new builders because of how easy it is to work in.

- dropped the power supply to an RM750x, which is still enough overkill to run fanless at least most of the time :D

- dropped in a benQ 1440p monitor, i have two of them, and they've been serving me well enough, and the cheapy feel is easily compensated by having a propper monitor stand.

as for you mentioning streaming your console, you'll need a capture card for that. i cant really give you a recommendation there because all the cheap stuff is problematic, and all the good stuff is expensive AF :P
