r9 270x OC problems

So i have a r9 270x and i tried to oc the card (asudirect cu II 2gb ) and it's stock overclocked to 1120 mhz. When i run msi afterburner or amd wattman (amd built in oc utility) it shows only 1000mhz.

It's hardware that makes a machine fast. It's software that makes a fast machine slow. Craig Bruce

You need to click the the button where it says apply overclock at system restart. It's at the bottom
