Japanese Keyboard Broken Windows 10

Hello I this is a rather weird problem but it has just happened. My Japanese Keyboard on my PC has stopped outputting the correct Characters. Is there a way for this to be fixed.

For example. If I want to say

I like flowers. Then that would be

Watashi wa Hana ga suki desu.

私は花が好きです [copied form Google Translate]

But when I type.

てちかちとくにくちくちみちきちとなのにしいとな

Which means nothing but thats what happens. Any Idea?
