Gtx 760 Driver crashing

Hello, so the other day I was just playing and watching a video when suddenly my computer crashed. Well I hadto force shutdown my PC and when I got it started again when loading windows it crashed again, i kept on doing this every time I started Windows. So for that reason I thought my SSD was broken, I then installed Windows all over again and when I got to installing the drivers for my GPU it happened again, the screen went black and I had to hard reset it. I then took out my GPU and now it runs perfectly, of course without a gpu but.. I was wondering if there was any fix for this driver failure can someone help me?
