yes it could be done, but those radiators are not meant to be used for this. they are pretty grimey inside, and will probably leave your blocks clogged.

also, various metals in a loop is never a good idea. i advise against this.

There are a lot of copper based hvac radiators out there, more and more are aluminum though.  Biggest problem imo would be that there is probably a lot of residual oils and contaminants that would be really difficult to fully remove.

 

Brand new might be a different story though i doubt you're looking to spend a few hundred on one
