No. Only 100 series motherboards need bios update, you are good to go with 200 series

Its good to go out of the box, no BIOS update required. 

Please quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. Never cheap out on a PSU, or I will come to watch the fireworks.

As mentioned above, you're totally fine with that motherboard.

You only need an update with Skylake motherboards combined with a Kaby Lake CPU.

 

In this case you paired them nicely together: A Kaby Lake CPU and a Kaby Lake Motherboard.

 

Skylake = 100 series LGA 1151 motherboards (Z170, B150)
Kaby Lake = 200 series LGA 1151 motherboards (Z270, B250)
