cherry mx blues 

green, or (if possible) customisable backlighting.

I have the Medium of this with White Led and Brown Switch. Can say I like it quite a bit, minus the bit of branding but my tower is also branded once on the front
It's on sale now for 120 US, You want a full size Keyboard? If it's not on sale it might be out of budget.
Only thing the medium size may have is lights for Caps lock, scroll, and numlock which is pretty minimal.
