ubuntu and AMD

i got a pc from a friend without windows so i put ubuntu on it (first time using it) it had a nvidia gpu in it but it was shit. i had a amd hd 7450 1gb laying around so i put that in but i dont know how to install drivers or some thing like that. anyone know a good tutorial? keen  in mind i am a noob and i have ubuntu 16.04.1
