Binary Level Optical Disk Cloning/Copying

Just wondering if there's a program out there that allows for binary level disk copying from one disk to another.

DD will do this and is included on most *nix.

DD is a linux/unix based command line tool......for Windows, you could read using something like IMGBURN  to make an ISO, then burn it to a new CD/DVD

I'm not interested in using IMGBurn, I need something at the binary level. 

 

So for that command, I would just open up Terminal in Linux and enter it and that's it?
