I don't think GTX 970 is equal to RX 480 or GTX 1060, I think they perform equal to GTX 980. GTX 970 is less powerful than RX 480 or GTX 1060.

You can get G4560 instead of i3 7100 as the performance difference is less. Not to worry about iGPU as we are using dedicated GPU. Add a B250 motherboard. So if you make these changes you can afford for a better GPU like droidbot and it ends up as the same build droidbot posted.
