GTX 1080Ti Artifacting But Not Sure?

Hey guys i recently purchased a GTX 1080Ti from newegg and was shipped to australia, I installed in about a week or 2 ago and was running fine since until a few days before from now it started artifacting "I am not sure it is the GPU", This artifacting only happens when i turn the PC on and then the BIOS artifacts and sometimes windows, I have updated the BIOS to the latest version (Asrock Z170 Extreme4), Now here is the funny part, In games there is absoulutely no artifacting so that is an indicator that it is not the GPU but when i used onboard graphics with the card uninstalled there is no artifacting??? I am not sure what is going on? The Card is brand new so it is unlikely that it is the card. Can someone help me out?

Yes i did overclock it but i did not touch the voltage, I also tried the GPU at stock.

Artifacting sounds like a video card problem (based on my relatively limited experience) and if it's only just started since fitting the new card it sounds like it would be the card that's the cause, but if you enable onboard video in the bios you could try running a monitor from the motherboard to remove the video card from the equation and that way you might be able to tell if it's still happening without the video card.

It actually was the card after all, I have issued an RMA.
