Small Budget Phone

I'm looking for a a small phone (less than 5") that is less than $300 and is moderately powerful. I'm thinking of getting a Sony Xperia Z3 Compact, but it seems a little old and I would prefer a newer one. Some other concerns are that it must have a good back camera, a no glare good contrast screen and the screen must be at least 720 or 1080p.

the sony x compact is ok but only has a 720p screen. should be ok for a 4.6 inch screen though
