I have a GTX 1070 and an I5. But 3 weeks ago something happened. Before this I would get my 60 FPS that I get with Vsync. But after that all my games just randomly started to run very slow. I just get 7 FPS in GTAV and under 20 FPS in Simcity. I think that my GPU isn't getting used to it's full potential or something. I'm running Windows 10. Have anyone else had this problem?

Try downloading an older driver pre you having issues and install that after wiping the driver currently installed.

It's ITX and I just have 2 sticks. I'll try that tomorrow. But I think it's some problem with drivers.

Sounds pretty severe for a driver issue. Faulty RAM is usually the culprit in cases like this. Driver issues would be much more easily solved however :|

I tried this once before I factory reseted my computer. Maybe I should try it again.

That would be the only thing I could think of.
Unless your system isn't properly being cooled.
